Heavy Metals

The Heavy Metals

Where they are to be found and how they make their way into the body
and affect the human organism.

Many people have problems with mercury leaking from their 'Silver' amalgam filings

Mercury is the most poisonous substance on the planet know to man, second only to plutonium

For Heavy Metal Detox we Recommend CH77

Zinc

Lead

Copper

Cadmium

Mercury

Aluminium

Zinc

Poisoning = free radical development and electromagnetic stress through ions. Moreover, zinc is the antagonist to copper, iron and calcium, i.e. in case of a surplus of bivalent zinc ions copper, iron and calcium are being dislodged. This may lead to a deficiency in these metals or minerals.
Iron dislodgement results in anaemic conditions and reduced oxygen intake. The dislodgement of calcium leads to problems in bony tissue and nerve cells.
Zinc is mainly taken in with drinking water (through pipes), tinned food and vocational contact.
Excessive amounts of zinc = disturbance in the immune system! Zinc also takes part in enzymatic processes (skin related disorders, hair loss, allergies, as well as testicular cancer).

LEAD

Damage to nervous and blood forming systems due to lead poisoning, resulting in anaemia.
Lead's ability to penetrate through the placenta into the womb makes it especially hazardous to the embryo and foetus. Clinical studies have shown a lower IQ in children with high lead levels, resulting in easy distraction, restlessness, absent-mindedness and learning difficulties.
The impairment of eye sight and joints may also be mentioned.
Occurrence and intake of lead: mainly through food products and the air in smog filled cities.
People living at major junctions in cities, living near or working at petrol stations as a rule show very high lead levels. Attention must also be paid to renovated old buildings where lead sleeves are used to join new copper or inc water pipes.

COPPER

The antagonist of zinc. Poisoning = displacement of zinc in enzymes resulting in a weakened immune system and degeneration of skin, nail and hair growth.
Copper reduces a person's energy and efficiency and very often leads to prolonged periods of fatigue.
Occurrence: copper water pipes, copper based cooking utensils, copper bowls which are treated with abrasive cleansing agents, copper spirals in the uterus.

CADMIUM

An accumulation of cadmium in liver and kidneys leads to organ damage. Carcinoma of the prostrate, lungs and pancreas are very often the result of working in places with high cadmium levels.
Occurrence: garbage incinerators, vehicle emissions, deposits in the soil, smoking & around airports with high levels of fuel emissions.

MERCURY

Can damage the peripheral & central nervous systems. A major cause is leaching of mercury ions from amalgam fillings into the brain, deposition in the pituitary gland causing hormonal disturbances, especially in woman.
Moreover, impaired immune system (immune depression) and infertility in men. Even a negative influence on the development of cancer can no longer be ruled out. Mercury may also have a negative influence on the efficacy of antibiotics.

ALUMINIUM

Aluminium even small amounts can be deposited in the brain. Many of the symptoms of aluminium toxicity are similar to those of Alzheimer's disease and osteoporosis.
Aluminium toxicity can led to colic, rickets, gastrointestinal disturbances, poor calcium metabolism, extreme nervousness, anaemia, headaches, decreased liver and kidney function, forgetfulness, speech disturbances, memory loss, softening of bones and weak, aching muscles.
